Matthew (Matt) Eberhardt is a distinguished Retired Naval Officer and Executive Leader with a remarkable record of driving business success and strategic growth in the defense sector. Armed with a Master’s in Business Administration and a degree in Finance, Matt's career is characterized by his exceptional leadership, financial expertise, and strategic acumen.

Matt's transformative impact in the defense industry is best exemplified by his tenure at a struggling $65 million business in 2019. Through his innovative leadership and keen financial insight, he revitalized the company, boosting sales to $80 million and doubling the Return on Sales (ROS) from 8% to 15% within a year. This turnaround success underscores Matt's proficiency in operational management and strategic planning.

From 2020 to 2022, Matt served as President and CEO of a $20 million machine and composite shop. In this role, he effectively managed all aspects of the company's operations, focusing on profitability, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Prior to his P&L responsibilities, Matt specialized in international and domestic business development. Matt's extensive experience includes high-impact roles such as Sr Director of Operations/GM at GD-OTS Healdsburg CA, where he managed a $1 billion orders portfolio across nine locations in the missile market. He also served as Sr Director of Business Development at GD-OTS Precision Systems Business Unit, and Sr Director of Weapons and Marine Market for Marotta Controls. His expertise as VP of Sales and Marketing at Kilgore Flares further solidified his reputation as a leading figure in defense industry business development.
