Matthew (Matt) Eberhardt is a Retired Naval Officer and Executive Leader with a Master’s in Business Administration, a Finance Degree, and a proven track record in the Defense Industry. A strong leader with excellent financial acumen,
Matt took a struggling business with a low Return on Sales (ROS) in 2019 and increased sales and doubled ROS for 2020. President and CEO of $20M machine and composite shop from 2020-2022. Prior to his P&L responsibility, Matt specialized in international and domestic Business Development where he successfully developed C-Level and top government relationships in over 11 countries as well as negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts.
Kenneth (Ken) Tuten is an Executive Leader with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and numerous certifications. A diverse Technical background spanning 30 years in the pyrotechnics and energetics field, Ken has extensive customer experience and knowledge across the DoD Industry.
Ken specialized in Domestic and International Business Development successfully exporting products to over 30 countries while maintaining a strong domestic customer base and relationship.
Chuck Neary is a retired Navy CAPT with a Bachelor’s Degree in History from University of Scranton and a Master’s Degree in National Security Strategy from the U.S. National Defense University, National War College at Ft. McNair, Washington, D.C. In addition, he is a graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College, Quantico, VA and the Navy Corporate Business Course Kenan-Flagler Business School,
After retiring from the Navy, Chuck worked at General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) for 13 years as the Director, Surface Navy Programs. He was responsible for developing and executing viable business development strategies for GDMS products and services including the Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF), the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) , Cyber Defense and the Air & Missile Defense Radar (AMDR), LTE initiatives, combat systems integration and networked training requirements.
Jeff “Skin” Orr is a retired US Air Force fighter pilot and commander with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Arizona. Jeff is a graduate of the USAF Air War College, and he holds numerous certifications including Human Capital Coaching, Earned Value Management, and Agile, among others.
Jeff has a long track record of developing elite talent including playing a key role in establishing a sovereign nation’s air defense capability from scratch and training fighter pilots from nearly 20 countries around the globe. In addition, Jeff has BD experience working multibillion dollar programs for a major defense prime.
Dana Dreeke is a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 and seasoned helicopter pilot with over 21 years of military experience. Following a distinguished military career, Dana transitioned to a role in the defense contracting sector, amassing over 15 years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) customers and collaborating with defense primes. Dana's multifaceted skill set includes a focus on business development, both domestically and internationally, where they excel in pipeline/funnel growth, capture planning, proposal review, and product assessment.
A standout aspect of Dana's professional journey lies in his pivotal role in expanding markets, having successfully exported products to over 20 countries while maintaining a robust domestic customer base. Dana's proficiency in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) underscores his ability to navigate the complexities of international trade and defense-related exports.
Laura McLaughlin is a contracts and business development enthusiast with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tampa. Laura also completed some postgraduate work in Paralegal Studies. She spent the earlier part of her career in a staffing and business development capacity.
Laura has spent several years recruiting for education, transportation, manufacturing, light industrial, and construction. Her efforts resulted in the highest-grossing staffing branch for two years in a row.
