Jeff "Skin" Orr is a seasoned leader with over 29 years of distinguished service in the US Air Force, where he served as a fighter pilot, commander, and instructor pilot. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering from the US Air Force Academy, equipping him with specialized knowledge in optimizing human performance, team dynamics, and systems design—particularly within high-stakes environments like aviation and defense.

In addition to his engineering expertise, Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Arizona, further enhancing his leadership capabilities and business acumen. At Boeing, he managed a $6 billion portfolio for the F-15 program, where he demonstrated unparalleled expertise in business strategy, defense contracting, and penetrating international markets. Jeff’s work with the F-15 program extended globally, including significant success in the Asian market, where he led efforts to expand the aircraft's reach and influence.
