Andrew brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the defense and commercial sectors, with extensive expertise in strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and international business operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategy for the $2.5 billion Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment at L3Harris, where he was a founding member of the team that executed the $4.7 billion Aerojet Rocketdyne acquisition. In this role, he led venture capital investment activities, evaluating dozens of startups and directing investments in four companies with critical DoD technologies.
During his 25-year career at Northrop Grumman, Andrew served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Missile Products business segment and led international business activities where he formed joint ventures in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He secured strategic partnerships across multiple countries and led the successful $6 billion Lake City Army Ammunition Plant capture in 2011. As Chief Growth Officer for NIOA Group, he led company strategy and U.S. market expansion. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Mechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech.
