General Abramson brings over 30 years of distinguished military service and deep expertise in the Defense Industrial Base, with particular focus on armaments, ammunition, and chemical biological defense enterprises. His military career culminated in a dual-hatted leadership role as Joint Program Executive Officer for Armaments and Ammunition and Commanding General of Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Following retirement, he served as Vice President for Strategic Engagement at the National Armaments Consortium and currently serves as President of Forbes4, LLC.

General Abramson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Virginia State University and three Master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins University, the Naval War College, and the Army War College. Johns Hopkins recently honored him with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Distinguished Government Service.
