DIA was founded by Matt Eberhardt, a retired Naval Officer who saw firsthand how difficult it was for great companies to break into the defense market. After years in both uniform and the private sector, he launched DIA to close that gap—offering businesses the access, strategy, and insight they need to succeed.

He built a team he trusted—retired military leaders, engineers, and defense professionals who understood the system from the inside.
