Lieutenant General Moore served 32 years in the USAF, during which he managed the Air Force’s five-year, $1.1T budget and resource allocation, commanded the 86th Airlift Wing with 8,400 personnel across six countries, and oversaw $12B in infrastructure assets with annual budgets exceeding $1B. Throughout his distinguished career, he led critical strategic planning initiatives that directly supported national defense objectives.
