Rear Admiral Loiselle brings over 35 years of distinguished naval service and extensive expertise in naval aviation, carrier strike group operations, and strategic defense planning. His military career included command of USS George H. W. Bush (CVN 77), leadership of Carrier Strike Group EIGHT and Carrier Strike Group FOUR, and service as Director of Air Warfare Division (N98) at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, where he managed investments totaling over $230 billion across a five-year defense planning horizon. A highly decorated naval aviator, he accumulated more than 3,600 mishap-free fighter flight hours and over 875 arrested landings across 10 different aircraft carriers.
Currently serving as CEO of Bucket Defense Solutions, Rear Admiral Loiselle continues to drive innovation in naval shipyard efficiency and maintenance operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Assumption College and an Executive Master of Business Administration with a Financial Management subspecialty from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also graduated with honors from the Navy’s nuclear power school. His awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, multiple Defense Superior Service Medals, Legion of Merit Medals, Air Medals, and a Navy Commendation Medal with Combat V.
